We Are Now Offering Bee-Keeping Experience Days!

 

We are excited to be opening up our bee-keeping land to all of our clients and partners during August in Chelmsford Essex

 

What to expect during your visit…

• A 2-hour beekeeping experience for up to a team of 5 per visit
• Cover the basics of beekeeping and see the hive and honey bees at work
• Get kitted out in a full beekeeping suit and view a hive both inside and out
• Learn about the different bees within the colony and their roles
• Opportunity to handle frames of bees, and to carry out inspections with the head beekeeper
• Search out the Queen and check how much honey and pollen has been stored!
• Lots of time for questions and opportunity to try some honey
• Hot or cold refreshments are provided

P.S Be quick to secure your spot! The honey bees will only be around until the end of August as the Queen won’t be re-producing much during the winter.
Viewings will then reconvene again In March 2024!
