All prospective employees of Nu Recruit are put through an intensive screening process which begins with an assessment of suitability, primarily done via a telephone interview.
If we feel the candidate offers the correct professional attributes we insist upon, they will be invited to a formal interview. During this interview process, we will assess each applicant’s eligibility and entitlement to work in the UK.
If the candidate passes all relevant checks and impresses us at interview stage, they will then be invited back to a final interview. At this stage of the process, if we feel they are suitable, a formal job offer will be made. We feel that this extensive process is critical in ensuring we get the right person for the right job!
On acceptance of any job, the prospective employee will complete a full induction, training day and health and safety briefing before ‘on the job’ training begins. A three-month probationary period is standard for all new employees and this is in place to ensure our clients receive the very best personnel.
