We do this by constantly monitoring our employees, policies and procedures and staff performance. We ensure that allocated tasks are perfectly carried out through 'on the job' reviews, site visits, auditing of the jobs, customer feedback, ongoing training and colleague reviews; any cause for concern is dealt with through the correct procedure.
