Services - Performance Monitoring
Nu Recruit continually monitor our personnel to ensure exacting high standards from all of our employees at all times.
All staff are monitored on a quarterly basis and we require every contracted colleague to complete a self-review of their performance over the last quarter. They will then meet with their line manager for a review meeting to discuss their performance.
During this review, work they have undertaken within the previous quarter will be discussed and evidence provided to ensure they are being reviewed accurately and effectively and that they have successfully delivered the required specification.
We feel it is a pivotal part of nurturing the colleague and employer relationship; which ultimately results in a happy, valued and pro-active work force.
Our dedicated senior operations team work extremely hard to monitor personnel performance on the front line to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
