We have found through years of experience that a friendly, honest, engaged team deliver the best service at all times.
Background
Our team have been the preferred supplier at the iconic Saatchi Gallery for many years now. The Saatchi Gallery aims to provide an innovative forum for contemporary art and its annual visitor numbers now exceed 1.5 million, with over 2000 schools a year organising student visits. It is therefore essential to provide them with the best service to keep the gallery running smoothly.
The Challenge
Cleaning the Saatchi Gallery involves various different specialist techniques. The correct equipment is required to ensure the authenticity of the artworks remains intact. For example, using perfumed cleaning products can be detrimental to the artwork as it may react negatively and alter the original piece.
The Solution
We use only clean micro fibre cloths for cleaning around the artworks and refrain from using any liquid form of cleaning products that could also potentially damage the artwork.
The Saatchi Gallery has Dinesen flooring, which we specialise in. We ensure the floors are cleaned using the correct type of soap and take great care and caution in our work to avoid any damage.
To uphold our reputation with the Saatchi Gallery we keep our staff up-to-date, with frequent training so they are able to provide the very best service.
Benefits
In this industry not everything can run smoothly 100% of the time and we pride ourselves on having the knowledge, expertise and willingness to get things back on track immediately. The manager of the Gallery has a fantastic relationship with our Operations Manager, Scott Knowles. When things don’t quite go to plan, we will go above and beyond to resolve the issue.
